Most deposits are processed instantly or within 3-5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00-22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. jp1331 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
jp1331 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within the expected timeframe, contact our customer support team immediately with transaction details (date, time, amount, payment method, transaction reference number). Do not attempt to re-deposit until the issue is resolved.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and you must have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly/monthly limits depend on your Account verification level and VIP status. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount or Rp 50,000, whichever is greater. VIP players may enjoy waived withdrawal fees as part of their loyalty benefits.
Pending withdrawals (those not yet processed) may be reversed and returned to your Account balance upon request. Once a withdrawal has been processed and funds have been sent to your payment provider, reversal is no longer possible.
jp1331 offers various bonuses and promotions to reward Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of the promotional offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by the bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless explicitly stated as "wagering-free," all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (WR) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation. jp1331 is not liable for errors made by Players during the betting process.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending wagering requirements or active bonuses may not be closed until those obligations are resolved or forfeited.

Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your Account will be withheld if fraud or Terms violations are confirmed. Legitimate balances not connected to violations will be returned to you minus any applicable fees or charges.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. jp1331 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, deducted from the Account balance. To reactivate a dormant Account, contact customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp1331 is licensed to operate. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jp1331 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration body, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
